Take your confidence\, awareness\, and defensive skills to the next level in our Advanced Women’s Self-Defense Course\, led by experienced officers from the Hammond Police Department. This hands-on training is designed to empower participants through realistic instruction\, practical techniques\, and scenario-based application focused on personal safety and real-world preparedness. \nParticipants will build on core defensive principles while developing stronger response strategies in high-stress situations. \nCourse topics include: \n• Advanced Situational Awareness\n• Defensive Positioning & Movement\n• Threat Recognition and Response Levels\n• Practical Self-Defense Techniques\n• Verbal De-escalation Strategies\n• Scenario-Based Training Exercises\n• Realistic Application and Confidence Building \nThis course emphasizes empowerment\, preparedness\, and the ability to respond effectively under pressure in a supportive and professional environment. \nClass Cost: $10\nT-Shirts Available for Purchase\nAges 12+ \nRefund & Rescheduling Policy: \n• With at least 24-hour notice\, participants may choose either a refund (minus a 10% processing fee) or one complimentary class reschedule.\n• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before class are not eligible for a refund but may receive one complimentary reschedule.\n• Refunds are not available for cancellations of rescheduled classes or requests made after the scheduled class date.
