SUMMARY:Emergency Medical Responder (EMR) Course
DESCRIPTION:Emergency Medical Responders are a critical link between an emergency scene and the health care system.\nThis course will equip you with the basic knowledge and necessary skills to perform basic life-saving interventions at emergency scenes until more advanced medical personnel arrive.\n\nAfter successful completion of this course\, students will become eligible to sit for the Indiana State Exam to become an EMR.\n​The MAAC is proud to partner with United Way of Northwest Indiana to help make our EMR class more accessible to the community.
