Northwest Health & the MAAC Team Up to Offer Emergency Medical Technician  (EMT) Training Course

Individuals interested in a career as an emergency medical technician (EMT) need look no further for a local training opportunity. Northwest Health is offering the Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) course at the MAAC training campus located at 4203 Montdale Park Drive in Valparaiso, Indiana! The class will begin June 10, 2024 – September 26, 2024.

EMT Classes will be held at the MAAC every Monday and Thursday evenings, from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Graduates will receive their National Certification EMT and be eligible for hire as an EMT upon successful course and examination completion. Volunteer for EMT Practical Exam

Join future EMTs for an exciting day volunteering for the EMT Practical Exam. This Exam helps to assure EMT candidates are ready to care for patients in an emergency and is an important step in the certification process. Adult and teen volunteers are encouraged to act as “patients” moulaged with fake injuries (note: these may include chest wounds.)
