The MAAC Foundation, in accordance with the IAFF and IAFC, is proud to offer Candidate Physical Ability Test (CPAT) testing to all interested candidates. The CPAT consists of eight activities designed to reflect the everyday operations firefighters may face.

Typical Test Day Schedule

· 9:00 AM – Orientation

· 9:45 AM – Practice/Test

· 10:30 AM – Practice/Test

· 11:15 AM – Practice/Test

How to Register for the CPAT Exam

Once you have selected your preferred date, please follow the steps below to register: https://candidates.nationaltestingnetwork.com/#/login

· Create an account or log in

· Click on Exams in the right-hand corner

· Under Physical Ability Tests, locate CPAT

· Add CPAT to your cart and proceed to checkout

· Complete your personal information

· You will then be able to register for your orientation, practice test, and official exam
