Four Story Structure & Drill Tower

The Four-Story Structure

The Four-Story Structure is 2,260 sq. ft. of training space on 4 floors that includes multiple entry points from both the external stair tower and interior stairs. The layout also includes a storage area for various sizes of mannequins for training.  

The 1st floor simulates a small, 2-bedroom apartment with the 2nd floor being a smaller- efficiency sized apartment. The 3rd and 4th floors have a confined space element to them. This allows agencies to set up the confined space tripod and run a variety of scenarios pertaining to their agency’s needs. Agencies also have access to the roof which offers a variety of training opportunities from technical rescue to repelling.  

Firefighter training options include search and rescue, hose deployments, ventilation, standpipe, ground ladder training, aerial positioning, rope rescue, and confined space entry. Law Enforcement training options include force on force training, non-lethal training ammunition use, and K9 work. 

Drill Tower 

The Drill Tower is located at the side of the 4-Story allowing for dual training use. The tower has access to the 4-Story on the second and third floors. The center of the tower includes a space for technical rescue opportunities while the rest of the tower can be used for various drill exercises.
