Program Director
The Director of Programs is responsible for the day-to-day coordination, implementation, evaluation, and growth of the MAAC Foundation's training and community program portfolio. This position turns strategic partnerships, community needs, and organizational priorities into wellorganized, measurable, and sustainable programs. The Director oversees program scheduling and operations, partner and instructor coordination, program development, financial performance, data tracking, and reporting while working closely with the President & CEO, Marketing, Development, instructors, and community partners.

Finance Coordinator
The Finance Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day bookkeeping and financial recordkeeping of the MAAC Foundation. This part-time position maintains accurate and timely financial information in QuickBooks Online, creates invoices, enters vendor bills, supports accounts payable and accounts receivable, reconciles bank and credit card accounts, maintains financial documentation, and assists with routine financial reporting. The Finance Coordinator works closely
with the President & CEO and outside accounting professionals to help ensure MAAC's financial records are organized, accurate, current, and prepared for monthly, annual, audit, and nonprofit reporting needs.

Facility Coordinator
The MAAC is hiring! We're is seeking a skilled and dependable Facility Coordinator to help maintain our growing campus and ensure it remains safe, functional and welcoming for everyone who trains and visits here. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated problem-solver with hands-on experience in general repairs, facility maintenance and groundskeeping.
