with Jake Barnes. Jake will provide an interactive and fun class designed for
fire service leaders and fire instructors to build stronger, more cohesive
teams for better training. Grounded in science-based principles of emotional
intelligence, this course will teach you how to lead with emotional smarts
and create a culture where your crew performs- and feels- their best.

Jake Barnes is a fire service professional with over 30 years of
experience. A seasoned firefighter and passionate leader.
Along with hosting the fire service podcast, 3 Point Firefighter,
he also developed The Emotionally Intelligent-ish Firefighter
program to address a gap in emotional intelligence within the
fire service
