Winter 2026 Volunteer Fire Academy with Carl Week 1

We want to congratulate our Director of Development, Carl Kurek, for taking the major step of joining the Winter 2026 District 1 Volunteer Fire Academy! We will be following Carl and his class as they go through 22 weeks of intense training on the road to graduation later this year. Each week, we will be giving you a behind the scenes look at what it takes to become a firefighter at the MAAC Foundation First Responder Training Campus. We wish Carl luck as he embarks upon this journey of community service and commitment!
