Have you taken our first Fight Like a Girl Women’s Self-Defense class? Take your confidence, awareness, and defensive skills to the next level in our Advanced Women’s Self-Defense Course, led by experienced officers from the Hammond Police Department. This hands-on training is designed to empower participants through realistic instruction, practical techniques, and scenario-based application focused on personal safety and real-world preparedness.

Participants will build on core defensive principles while developing stronger response strategies in high-stress situations.

Refund & Rescheduling Policy:

• With at least 24-hour notice, participants may choose either a refund (minus a 10% processing fee) or one complimentary class reschedule.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before class are not eligible for a refund but may receive one complimentary reschedule.
• Refunds are not available for cancellations of rescheduled classes or requests made after the scheduled class date.
