You have had your ISO evaluation completed and have the results. Now what? This course will take an in depth look at the grading schedule. If you are looking to improve your PPC score or prepare for an evaluation, this class will help you identify what is needed for that to happen.

The course is taught by Randy Downs, region manager for Verisk/ISO Irene Tiscareno, local field representative.

This course will be a great opportunity to understand how to improve the score for your community, gain a better
understanding of the ISO process and receive the newest updates from ISO.
